The blue piece cannot be placed on the left down of the shape :

 

We have first to change the frame :

1^rst  step : we click on 2 neared triangles and press the spacebar

2^nd  step : we click on other 2 neared triangles and press the spacebar

 3^rd  step : we click on the place and then put the piece

 

 

If we want to move a piece which we have put, we have to double-click :

To make symetry or rotation, we use the arrows : :
